A 60k house probably only needs a 30" fridge, you can grab one out of the newspaper, trading times, even some thrift shops sell appliances where I am.

Put in all used stove, fridge, dishwasher.

Usually the rentals already have a fridge, stove, microwave, etc..  

You should look for dishes in sink, good in fridge, clothing in closet, anything that supports active residency.

I want to put in granite counters, re-face the ugly dark brown cabinets, new fridges and stoves.  

This kitchen has 12.5 ft of uppers, 8 of lowers, plus a 30x12 over the fridge, and cost $2000.

Remove the magnets and paper off the fridge.
