All the big companies offer great training, fancy tools, concierge programs, etc.  

Now that is a fancy political/economic term for the fact that tenants in small MF's tend to have less invested in the place as their home and tend to be more casual in their interactions with their fellow tenants and your property. 

Don't get me wrong, I still like nice things, arguably more than most, I definingly have my diva streak who loves flying 1st class and all the shiny fancy things, it's just that I have wired my brain differently in the how to obtain method of this. 

And surely I would like to keep my expenses down.My mantra is: "Go with the cheapest and safest option" & "stay away from fancy stuff"I will try to get multiple quotes as you recommended.Thanks again!!
