Any recommendations around Enterprise area? 

So, maybe this "expert" is just more enterprising than me...I'm still a little fuzzy on the "full brrrr experience." 

😉I would tentatively be co-owners of this enterprise with my wife, and ideally would pass the enterprise down to our daughters upon our deaths.My father owned a small professional practice while I was growing up, so I got to experience many of the benefits of business ownership growing up; lots and lots of things able to be run through as “business expenses” (cars, phones, computers, etc.), retirement benefits, etc.

Mr CEO who had tons of leverage on multiple business and enterprises.. had some scary moments.Leverage is fine but it can bite you big time.. and to think rentals are immune from having a bad day in a bad economy well that is dangerous thinking..

We are a retired military family and also have rentals in the Wiregrass area (2 in Enterprise by Ft Rucker)  We relocated here 4 years ago and have purchased 2 more rental properties in Huntsville this year with much success. 

We currently do some handyman work in Stone County, and hope to add some rehabs to our enterprise sometime soon.

Am looking at single & multi-family and businesses that are already commercial enterprises. 

@David Bell  not sure what context your speaking about.. but lenders make money by charging fee's its not a NON profit enterprise..
