have managed property for HUD & private owners; renovated & built all kinds of properties from low to high end in PA & DC as contractor/sub-contractor. Have wide range of labor & management skills. Now it is my time to be the investor/owner. Need to get started. Am looking at single & multi-family and businesses that are already commercial enterprises. There is no egg in my nest! I Am hungry & I Don't eat eggs :)
