I'm pretty new to the real estate investing game but obviously looking to gain the skill and knowledge to eventually build an empire. :)I am a clean, quiet, and respectful person and looking for the same while rooming together for these few days.I live in Vegas but originally from SoCal.

Really silly.Do lead generation the only way it works.Motivated sellers need to take the initiative to find you.That is how it is done.Here is an other good one that will make you laugh.Everyone here that tells you to do DMM... eventually went to GOOGLE, to find good companies that send out maielrs... they went to GOOGLE to do reseach on what he best method is to do mailers, pst cards etc.

It is a way of building long-term wealth by using the power of leverage to hold wealth-building assets long enough that they eventually pay for themselves, thus giving you the ability to use other people's money to acquire assets you could not have acquired otherwise.
