I’ve been using Cozy for a couple years and it’s been great.

Many people use cozi (check the forums there's only a thousand posts on due diligence).If you were keeping it I would stay away from a six month lease (turnover can be a hassle - vacancy, cleaning, maintenance).Good luck!

Set up Cozy to take payments.

But I showed him my first property, the numbers, my Cozy account, how I was screening tenants, my leases and applications, bank accounts (showing I was running it separately of my personal finances), and some bigger pockets calculator results.

I have lived in some bad places (including a cot in Kuwait) so I'm not worried about the confined space or rooming with others.

Cozy, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, ACH deposit, e-checks, Pay-Near-Me, deposit slips, bitcoin.

The one previously mentioned; and I personally like landlordstation, cozy, erentpayment... all pretty good resources.

No one would accuse Cozy of being a property manager - they're just a collection service that moves rent money from the tenant to the owner.

Why should we be confined to 75% of our property when we pay for the entire 100%... and an extra 750$ for the pets to live there... in an 800 sq foot home they have to be outside.
