Many people use cozi (check the forums there's only a thousand posts on due diligence).If you were keeping it I would stay away from a six month lease (turnover can be a hassle - vacancy, cleaning, maintenance).Good luck!

Why should we be confined to 75% of our property when we pay for the entire 100%... and an extra 750$ for the pets to live there... in an 800 sq foot home they have to be outside.
