List myself or use realtor for rental?
Hey,
So I have a bunch of rentals that I self manage, but have always use a realtor for vetting the tenants and renting the units.
Should I be renting these units out myself and vetting the tenants myself? Never done it before and would love to hear some feedback on how to properly do it.
Thanks

No need to use an Agent for anything real estate related usually - especially if you can do it yourself and save that money.
I wouldn’t go quite that far! ^^^ Lol but there are plenty of self-management tools available if you choose to do so. The one previously mentioned; and I personally like landlordstation, cozy, erentpayment... all pretty good resources.
