I’ll be supplying my own vacuums (thanks Avery) and guest consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc) and the cleaner will provide their own cleaning supplies (cleaning sprays, mops, brushes, etc.).

The Home Invasion Couple from Hell - even though I have made it very clear that if you smoke, you should not book my room, guests do it making for a very awkward and uncomfortable situation, as they attempt to hide their smoking throughout their stay up to and including smoking by an open window while the room air conditioner is running.This couple also left beer cans throughout my home, presumably when they finished chugging them and crushing the cans on their foreheads.

You or your property manager shows up to the house on a Monday morning and you find that all the copper was stripped out of it over the weekend including the air conditioner.

There are only windows in the front and back of the property, not sides.I calculated that in the summer months if each room has a 5000 BTU air conditioner that would cost about 50 bucks per month per room.

Like everyone else on this planet, we've had thefts on jobs and in at our own properties where thieves took the stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, built-in microwave ovens, washers, air conditioner condensers and had walls ripped open for the copper pipes and copper wires.
