So I'm lost on how this thing works my landlord is loosing faith on it to so thats to many landlords being talked about on here and ain't but about 10 different people on here and that's like 4 landlords feeling that way so think about Ll the people that's not on here and how many landlords feel like that and with them feeling like that ain't good .

I know the buying agent will know all of this, but it doesn’t seem wise putting all faith in that. 

I have a realtor but she is not answering my questions and she told me after va loan fell through we wouldn’t get an offer over 290,000 I lost all faith in her but stuck in a contact. 

Other than that it worked perfectly.It was a somewhat older unit so out of good faith I replaced it with a slightly smaller pre owned fridge.

Never put much faith in what people tell you as far as plans to stay.

The sellers did enter into this contract in good faith, they just couldn't find another house to buy...

You will want to release your earnest money at that time as a measure of good faith.
