There are always risks with airbnb (condo policies like banning them, some loans have airbnb clauses that state you can't use them as well, so there is definitely risk with this as well, I think it's important to let all parties now including the bank the intention.

You should only buy the property if it works from a long term rental stand point also because some places ban airbnb and cite owners up to $1000/day that they are running a short term rental.

I'm really curious, as I'm a landlord with some properties on Airbnb and I work in digital marketing but I'm not actually connecting the two.Wouldn't Airbnb ban your account if you spin paid traffic from Facebook Ads and Google Ads into your listing?
