Bookkeeping (tracking financial spending and receiving) - needs to be detailed oriented, not necessarily a CPA [$ or $$]2.

But I will continue as a Realtor for the next few years in both residential and multifamily.Of late I have hired a great Bookkeeper, and a Techy guy for most things IT.I have experience in all types construction except high-rise.

Honestly, most of the questions I get as a Bookkeeping Professional are tax-specific.

So far- he runs the remodels, and I have been trying my hand at acquisitions and taking care of legal/insurances/bookkeeping etc.  

Shes a bookkeeper and has a S-corp already but we pay too much in tax.

The answer to your question is heavily dependent on multiple factors such as being a good manager of things generally speaking, how well you do your tenant screening, how comfortable you are with bookkeeping (if you are going to do it yourself), if you have a good selection of service providers in the area etc.
