Real Estate investing offers great opportunities for all dreamers, young and old as well as all skeptical pragmatic realists.
I am currently Marketing for SFR sellers, and will soon move towards MF, small and medium locally. I am a 25+ yr Builder, Realtor, investor and planning to enter the "build new to rent" area as soon as feasible. But I will continue as a Realtor for the next few years in both residential and multifamily.

Of late I have hired a great Bookkeeper, and a Techy guy for most things IT.
I have experience in all types construction except high-rise. Recently I have increased my advertising budget and I believe that opportunities are always available as I prepare for an anticipated very busy 2021 Autumn through all of 2022 & 2023.

I would like to meet with a small group of like minded, interested professionals by starting the day every week or two for coffee (etc.) for a one to two hour meeting to share, and maybe unite in a quest for success in real estate investing.
