In California, I would have to pay tax on the income earned out of state, but brought back into California (even though the business was conducted outside of CA borders)2) My eyes really have been around the Eugene and Corvallis areas; with Bend and Beaverton/Hillsboro in the peripheral.

@Alvin Sylvainsadly from what ive seen on here The people who push cash for keys are usually left coast /west coast investors who are stuck in communist regime states that requires the landlord to bend over backwards for their tenants .

I also ended up paying the difference back to the wholesaler.Long story short, it didn't happen for me in Fort Bend county, may be it's because of the end of the year.
