Purchase price: $175,000 Cash invested: $40,000 Single family residence, 3 bed, 2 bath, 1740sqft What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Just to give an idea, we are looking to build 42 units around 600sft 1+ bed room units and 2 commercial place, total sqft is coming around 42k.

When Zillow gives stats like beds/baths/rent estimates on a multi family, are they giving those for the whole building or per unit?

So even things like closing costs, utilities, gas you put in you car, mulch you bought for the flower beds, ANYTHING you used to purchase a business asset.

A king bed is also a HUGE plus.

I have a 5 bed, 4.5 bath, 4,445 sq ft home on the famous August Rd & Faris in the 05 of Greenville.

They can rent one if they want. 4 bed 4.5 bath 160k gross income 2021.

It sounds too good to be true and I'm worried about getting into bed with crooks.
