Vacation Rentals Golf Cart Use..

Has anyone ever left a golf cart at their vacation rental for people to use to get to the beach? It seems like a great draw for people especially if you are a few blocks from the beach. However, it also seems like a big liability.

I have 4 homes in a golf cart community and each house has a golf cart included with the rental. I have a separate golf cart waiver and golf cart insurance.
