mainly to have something to do if I find myself board on a rainy day in PDX which is pretty often... also I don't generally drive at night so I would only work mornings for a drive or two.. when I take Lyft in Vegas I talk to the drivers most really don't like the night or pick up or delivery from casino as the riders are half the time pretty wasted.I use it in Vegas to from our kids house and the airport.. so that's a pretty easy drive for the Lyft driver . as well as I live in the number one income area of our state so if I only take rides out of this area I should pick up some successful people and we can talk business if it gets to that..

Does anyone have experience with owning & renting an airplane hangar at a small local airport?

I ended up buying the property 8 months after the inicial offer. it was worth it, property is a duplex and  is 4 minutes from the International Airport in Puerto Rico and touristic areas like Piñones, Condado and Isla Verde.

I mean I ran into a guy in Miami airport once that was top 5 in Amway.. he made big money he pioneered South America.. but like all MLM is basically a pyramid very top of pyramid big money as move down bunch of worker bee's. 

They have a main meeting on usually the third Thurs. of the month at the Wyndham Garden New Orleans Airport hotel at 6401 Veterans (just past Best Buy).

Most of the areas that fit your criteria are also less than 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. 

Seems like being in the vicinity of local wineries and Dulles airport may present good opportunity-- just not sure it's worth the cost of renovating and furnishing one of these two-property lots... 

Lots of commercial in the area with easy access to highways, PHL airport, and Center City vs. main bus routes heading North/South.

In any event, can someone up there tell me which airport, preferably an 'int'l airport', is closest to North York, Ontario?
