Hello, I purchased a property in Snohomish County in Washington State at the auction.

Today (at least in WA state) every law you can think of has been written against you, and you'd better know them or you'll be in hot water fast.

It's not "risky" as most on this thread make it sound.It's not a "risky business" opportunity because the "LLC" must only be created for that transaction ONLY (w/ a partnership agreement with the seller).

Hi All - There is a mixed use commercial office building for sale in Snohomish county,   WA.     

WA does not require it and I have seen quite a few WA lenders not realize they needed a license and get in trouble in OR. 

If I recall, there is also a company offering a similar service. the TV show is based in the Olympia Tacoma Washington market and the homes are basically dated and just need  mainly cosmetic remodel these are not dilapidated houses.. and in that market these homes sell for 500 to 1 mil..
