The problem I'm having now is that the water softener which was kept in the garage at the property was apparently leaking and for some reason the tenants removed it and put it outside in the desert heat to rot.

I lost money last year during Desert Trip because i didn't react fast enough to set pricing on my own, so that's when i started depending on them more. they also have some transparency on how they calculate it, so you can adjust for yourself.
