Too much importance placed on that ole 'college degree'.....pounded into people's heads since birth, parental pressure, peer pressure, societal pressure.....Imagine in some cases that the student used that money to start a business....not only paying down the debt but making money at the same time.

It will take a lot of pounding the pavement, but I'm optimistic it will payoff.

I mean it is heavy. 1 to 3 pounds per sq foot so you have to figure that into your live load calcs. 

This is ridiculous - I have the county of Erie and the city of Buffalo inspectors pounding down my door for violations on 2 different properties at once.

I just have my 230 pound handyman step on every inch of the seams with his feet.

The key is knowing how to "work backwards" to calculate the value, you are buying this 88 unit building by the pound rather than on the income approach.
