Because it was a brand new product, the distributor/installer (whom i do a lot of work with, and is still on my **** list for this) forgot to mention that the transitions for the wood did not exist yet and would not be in the US until July...well its July 22nd and the transitions are still on the shipping container.

When I get some time I will list some specifics here.One of my readers told me “our distributor (Access) went bankrupt taking our money with them.

So if you can get the unit at the distributor and instal yourself you can save a good amount of $. 

The cabinet guy is local - however I know they are shipped to him so I can ask him about other distributors if you want.

Glad we gotsome reality to him before the Turnkey people or syndicators or insurance salesmen, or MLM or... name your salesmen did.This question' s been asked a million times. 

Especially in a situation where one tenant is a distributor and the other tenant is a service provider for a major cable company with several work trucks.  3) Establishing a cadence of communication with each tenant.  

MLM based presentations  lead with why they are doing this all for the family big picks of family etc.. those are red flags..

I buy my cabinets (all wood boxes w/ dovetail drawers) from Next Day Cabinets although I have used Wolf cabinets previously via a GC who is a distributor for that line. 

I went to a plastic distributor and fabricator and got a TON of the pieces of plastic cut down to a standard size 18x24 and they carried the H-frames on the cheap.

Or stick with locals you meet at the REIA or BP meetups... paid training can be good but you need to be realistic about it... most of these types of deals are like MLM amway things only the few at the top make big dollars while you feed in your membership dues  LOL.hope this helps.
