Because it was a brand new product, the distributor/installer (whom i do a lot of work with, and is still on my **** list for this) forgot to mention that the transitions for the wood did not exist yet and would not be in the US until July...well its July 22nd and the transitions are still on the shipping container.

Or stick with locals you meet at the REIA or BP meetups... paid training can be good but you need to be realistic about it... most of these types of deals are like MLM amway things only the few at the top make big dollars while you feed in your membership dues LOL.hope this helps.
