I work primarily out of Hartford County, but know the Bridgeport and New Haven areas well! 

Glastonbury actually has some interesting properties pop up.Also worth checking out West Hartford and Simsbury.

I was looking at Ohio and Connecticut, specifically Cleveland,columbos,cincinatti and Hartford, ct

Starting from the east and moving west, I consider the "Gatlinburg" market to include the following:  Hartford, Cosby, Cobbly Nob, Pittman Center, Gatlinburg, Sevierville (portions thereof), Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, and Townsend.  

Purchase price: $420,000 Cash invested: $126,000 This 3 family house is on the nicest street rental street in west hartford.

Hartford county can have some good deals here and there.
