You can find some old landlords that will at least entertain the idea.

Reading this conversation has been interesting, at times entertaining, but it won't do us any good unless we get to the bottom of this.

Great ideas for entertainment, @Paul Sandhu and @Michael Greenberg. 

My reasons for picking this location Is because there are great jobs minutes away (EB, physers, military base), casinos (Mohegan and foxwoods) aren’t far, Niantic and mystic are very popular entertaining towns that are within 10-15 minutes, and the beaches are also within a couple minutes.

Now my husband is retired from Blizzard Entertainment Irvine CA after working in gaming for the past 25 years and I run and grow our property portfolio.

I see UTC as both a draw to the youth and retirees since one is able to take public transportation to employment centers of Sorrento Valley, the entertainment of the UTC Mall, get to Petco Park, Old Town, Downtown San Diego Mission Valley.

That answer would determine if I would even entertain the park.
