I am debating whether to buy an apartment or condominiums.

But across the street is DIX30 which was developed 8 years ago (a mega-shopping mall).The project is called Nobel Condominium.

This is where it gets fun, Whirlpool announced that it would be selling its appliance financing division to TransAmerica and somehow it was rolled into a company called Household Financing Corporation (HFC).

I use them as (1) for a place in a city that feels like I can experience what a resident experiences - which you can not at a resort or hotel, and (2) for a private house much larger than a hotel or resort condominium accommodation.Much is expectations.  

It basically zeros out the largest expense any household has: housing.

Many of these people come from areas where dinner is whatever is caged in the backyard ,where household garbage is simply tossed out the window and using cleaning products is nonexistent .it will be a learning experience to say the least

I suspect you mean buying a single;e condo unit in a condominium complex.
