Hi,

I want to buy a house and lot in the philippines, and I haven’t have any experience with any of it. Right now, I’m still going to be saving until I got my dual citizenship. I am debating whether to buy an apartment or condominiums. I would be more than grateful for any advise, and is there any good books for having real estate property. Sorry for bothering, and Thank you in advance! Have a good year!
