Single apartment investment

Since I live in a somewhat expensive area and I'm planning to start here, my plan is to start with a single apartment. Seems like a cheap/affordable way to start. It looks like I could have some positive cashflow as I learn and save more money to do bigger and better investments. What do you guys think?

@Rauni Pacheli Rueda what do you  mean bu a "Single apartment?"  I suspect you mean buying a single;e condo unit in a condominium complex. This has pros and cons. Personally I don't like the idea of condo investing as I am giving up some control the the condo association.
