School Ratings matter, and always will, because people who can afford to be choosy simply can't bear the thought of sending their precious child to a less than stellar school and having the kid turn out dumber because of it lol.For someone that has the option to home school, I think it's a far better option and allows you to get the best of both worlds.

To invest in anything well, including real estate, stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities, precious metals, (consistently over long periods of time) the prudent investor buys low and sells high...or what I like to say is "cheap" and "expensive."

THEN they are shook out of their commodities (precious metals for example) by selling them into a deflationary economy to cover their interest payments or margin calls on other assets.

I have only ever ran into this problem in NY with really low loan amounts (when working for a precious lender)- $30k Loans - never anything near a $100k Loan.
