Hello BP,

My wife and I will be attending BP Con, Oct. 6-8. We are super excited, and looking forward to meeting like minded people who are actively doing real estate and pursuing FI. We will see you at the Biggerpocket Conference.

We will be flying into Nashville Sat morning. Then staying at the Gaylord Sunday and Monday night and flying home Tuesday night to return to work Wed. morning. 

I know we will learn something or make a connection that will be much more valuable than the cost of the weekend. I can't wait to see what that opportunity will be.

We have 8 units purchased in the last 3 years in Augusta GA (great area). Most recently a 4 unit which is currently under rehab. We are looking forward to meeting and connecting with you all in Nashville!

I hope you have a good time down here. Avoid Hattie B's. It's a tourist trap and their hot chicken is probably the worst of any of the local places. Go to Pepperfire in East Nashville, Big Shakes in Franklin.

Peg leg porker in the gulch is really good.

If you hit up broadway check out Crazy town. It's my favorite. 

The opry I think has a water park now. It's relatively new.
