Worth a trip out to see for yourself what's up..Schedule a walk thru of all apartments and get out there and see what's up. 

Im on a work trip until next week and then vacation.

One of them happens to be a mixed-use commercial and residential space.First, traveling from NYC to Rochester area is very taxing indeed, not just a day trip.

My trip down this rabbit hole all started with 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad" like so many others.

On Airbnb, I can click "Trip Length", then click "For reservations that include Fridays or Saturdays, guests must stay minimum 2 nights."

If I can take a few hours to run my plane around the northwest or take a nice trip that's great too.. now its about the grand kids..

I plan to take a trip out there in the next week or 2 to have a better idea.  

I may be up in the area week after next (better half has to go on a business trip) so I am free to head up and scout / plan on the nights and weekends while working during East coast business hours.
