Can you do pool maintenance yourself (its not that hard or time consuming)?  

They also do complete remarketing/sales/contracting/closing and loan service of resales to consumers, all "as-is", at roughly 2.5 times the purchase price.

Tom,  I know you are busy with your "other business" but consider that you may be overestimating how time consuming it is to manage rentals on a monthly basis.  

To get licensed in another state as a broker is still a process and time consuming.

Although, this method is more time consuming compared to a ton of yellow letters so I just reserve it for the ones I am really interested in.

But I just want to know if anyone has experience dealing with the CUP, and if so, please educate me as to how difficult, costly, time-consuming it is.
