But no proof of delivery, either.We take photos if we can, but add a copy of the notice with an "affidavit" section at the bottom of how and when we delivered it; that should hold up in court.

One of the things I do with MLS listed property is import that data into a spreadsheet and do a preliminary work up by viewing the photos to determine ARV.

If you ever need to clear the kitchen drain or service the garbage disposer, you need to remove the clips and roll out the entire DW which would be a pain.But I have never seen it until a listing photo and I was like, hmmm...how would that fit?

I may have been able to see the place as a door was unlocked and clearly vacant:)  It was decent inside w only smells from fridge and a cat that could get out through the open garage door.
