Hi Sara, An approach that has worked for me has been to post the job on Craigslist and be very specific about the details of the job - pictures, dimensions, - as many details as you can provide and then ask that they provide their experience level, tools they have and will need, their bid for the job, and when they're available to start.  

Here is the specific section: "Within (insert number) days after the Effective Date of this contract, Seller shall deliver the Notice to Buyer.
