To determine the STC i need to know the floor system. 

I am looking to integrate Podio (CRM) and Mojosells (dialer) into my system but not sure if it's the best route to go.

Unless you are going to build out systems, checklists, etc, etc, etc....you will be constantly training and re training their staff. 

Each county has a different system setup but it all should be somewhat straight forward.

I have also found the truck mounted systems extract more water so the carpet dries faster.

Since renting I have had to replace the HVAC system, and a year before then the water heater, it has a new hardwood floor, and carpet but needs some minor work to the back deck and garage door step.

Not at the moment, we have been focusing on automating our system to hire a few full time people.

We plan to automate with systems and virtual assistants so primarily we will be managing the workflow and converting warm leads to closed deals in various markets.My question for y’all is - how do you all typically handle the dispersement of closed deals?

If you can create a system to get off market deals to sell to buy/hold or flip investors that could work out really well for you.
