Working with Virtual Assistants in Multi Family

Hi BP family!

Has anyone used virtual assistants in their multi family business? More specifically, to cold call off market multi family sellers. Would love some insight into what scripts, CRM, and cold calling software you have had success with?

I am looking to integrate Podio (CRM) and Mojosells (dialer) into my system but not sure if it's the best route to go. Any advice on something that works?
