Hey, I’m a Sp Ed teacher currently living in GA, but open to doing deals wherever they are. I’m a newbie to REI, so am trying to learn as much as I can and really appreciate all the great info on BP! Would like to concentrate on multi-families, and am definitely interested in STRs as well.
