Our motto quickly became “safe and clean”, allowing us to stay focused on using the cheapest products available in rehab.Higher occupancy rates.

We have had no luck selling...slow market time and the basement space needs some work.

Go for the quick nickel rather than the slow dime.As for an agent, I'm tagging @Bill S. and @Dan Mackinto see if they know anyone down there.

I'm not sure what they pay; however before the crash I knew a real estate agent who worked for a Builder and at that time made six figures and was rewarded with trips, but I'm quite sure since things have slowed down after the crash that it would be hard to make six figures.

Can't wait to see the finished product !!

So in that sense, @Jazz Wilson is just another unproven product to them - until he beats out the others!

Or should I take it slow and send a letter to one of the addresses and hope it's the right one?  

The downside is that it will put me back into slow winter months looking for a tenant.
