Abandoned home
So I have found a few abandoned homes and located the owner online but under the property owners name has multiple addresses and it doesn't show which address is current, it does have phone numbers. Question is should I do a cold call to the owner? Or should I take it slow and send a letter to one of the addresses and hope it's the right one? Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated.

If there's a phone number, I'm making a call. Why waste time waiting for them not to respond to a letter. I'd rather get a no over the phone quickly so i can cross that house off my list and move on to the next one.
