U dont have much value until you have a user.. so there are things one needs to understand to make a smart choice with land in path of progress.. land brought in for RESI purposes is easier to gauge land for commercial or industrial like this site u only have value when you have a user but the value in our case could go from what we optioned it for 4,500 an acre to 1 mil an acre just like Nathan who posted above his relative selling in the same location for 1 mil an acre.. 

They and you may not be on the same page as to qualifying income.You can get the data, but you may not get the formula used by that administrator/PHA, best thing is to post your desired rents, it will be reviewed and if countered with a different amount go with the flow, agree or say next.

I've been scraping over Google and this forum for a post/thread or an article on an, “investor’s depth in their ability to buy” (Best way I can describe it).

I've seen the meet-up posts for the Missoula area, but not much for up here.

I thought I understood buying down points until I starting reading these posts.

Post a letter stating you have taken ownership of the property as of a certain date and that market rent of $XXX is due from that date forward.
