Plan, educate, network but then go out and take action!

Your rental income will have to be significantly more to provide positive cash flow (closer to $2000).

This area has great potential for weekly rentals in the summer season, but doesn't see a lot of action in any of the other seasons. 

His father was a prominent positive politician and they have legitimate business dealing with their government as well.

I sent her a certified letter yesterday saying to avoid foreclosure or any other action she must provide proof of insurance on or before October 12 & if not renewed I have no alternative but to FP a policy.
