With the rise of popularity and credibility of AirBnB, Homeaway and Flipkey, this market is surging. 

We live in an area where you have $25,000 trailers on the same street as $200k houses or even higher.

I'm always looking out there, and the desirability is very street-by-street and block-by-block.

Hitting the streets and getting your product in front of people.

In looking at the Oridna Municipal Code, I found two relavant sections:  Chapter 10.52 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES and Chapter 3.12 UNIFORM TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX.It looks like the ordinance has defined a tiny house on a trailer as: "Oversize recreational vehicle" means vehicle, other than an automobile, which is self-propelled, motorized, and has self-contained living quarters, including a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas, and may be used for the transportation of people upon a street or highway, but not including any vehicle designed for travel on stationary rails or tracks.

Chicago has neighborhoods full of condos where very few people (if any) over 40 live.The "popular" places in Chicago are excellent for young professionals until they have kids, then it becomes tougher to justify staying there and most move to the suburbs or a quitter area of the city/

I work as a medic and have actually been inside literally thousands of Round Rock houses running 911 calls so I can tell you almost to the exact street where you want to be and not...Also as far as appreciation goes.

Also, wall paper may be coming back in style, I just saw it used in a "Street of Dreams" home show last month! 

I think the on-going street level investor trend is interesting.

So now I'm trying to be "paperless" so when I get home, I immediately write the property number next to the purchase (e.g. if the property was 456 Main Street I would write 456).
