I have personally never been there but are there specific attractions, employers, military base, etc. then make Indy a good STR/MTR market?

Definitely worth looking around for in-person events because there doesn't seem to be a lot of activity here on BP for the SLO area.

Here's a short synopsis on Indy investing (as a realtor with 150+ transactions & 12 doors in personal portfolio): - Indianapolis has all the right metrics for a stable investment: average appreciation 3-5% per year, consistent population growth, low unemployment, highest % of GDP growth last 5 years of any Midwest city. - Indianapolis is VERY competitive in the fixer-upper & multifamily realms.

I’m trying to get into single family home real estate and I have been trying to get a feel for the type of cash flow involved.

I would love to do one where its like speed dating you get to spend 5 minutes with each person that shows up and connect.

I personally do not have the funds to put a down payment worth 25%, but i do have family that may be able to help me if i can actually find a deal and can explain it to them if it makes sense (my mother mostly likely and my grandmother!)

I'm new to this business, and feel as if Norada can really help guide me through this for the first time.
