STR/MTR in Indianapolis

Hi All,

I was originally searching for LTR properties in Indy and deals are just not penciling in so am thinking of pivoting to BRRR then STR or MTR. How is the STR/MTR market in Indy? I have personally never been there but are there specific attractions, employers, military base, etc. then make Indy a good STR/MTR market? Would love suggestions for specific areas that attract the most guests.

Why Indy? Lots of other cities in this country that would have more attraction for a STR....just curious.
