Tenant got evicted and I fired the PM, its going to be a year since I purchased the property now in march, I have been footing the bill since day one . 

We are certainly open to increasing our price point, but would probably be looking to buy around March/April of next year in that case.

The renter we had wanted to buy the house back in March and we agreed only to have them back out a week later but continue to rent until they bought a house and is moving out at the end of the month.

In speaking with one of the tenants it seems things have gone sour with one of the roommates (not paying a fair share) and come March, the two would like to renew without the third.

Granted we were listing in February, but it is only March now.
