It can be wrong simply from someone inputting the information wrong...or in the case of land records, it is pulling the information from PDF files which can often be blurry.

. : ) If I have 100 people each year and 90 of them told me to "go to h&ll" on the commercial real estate side but the other 10 said they needed my help for commercial real estate and I close those deals at a 100k commission apiece that is 1 million to me as a principal broker.Do you think I give another second of thought to the other 90?

The rehab costs include a new furnace, repairing the floor, new cabinets and counters in kitchen and some new tiling in the bathroom (floor and around the shower). thanks for your input, I really appreciate it!
