Someone suggested going for a student housing rezoning permit but I don't want it to take up a huge portion of the time of my contract or cost exorbitant amounts of money..

Hi guys,I’m looking at a property in Austin and working out the cash on cash return so I can make sure it’s a good investment for an AirBnB. 

Put the least amount down and invest the rest of the money into other properties, etc.

If they own nothing then probably makes no sense to even spend money on attorney
