In addition to new vents we are also considering installing cedar planks on all three bathroom ceilings because it’s mold resistant and (hopefully) handles moisture better than paint.Does anyone have experience with this?

A lot of AC guys/companies hate them because they love bidding projects when folks under over a barrel.Depending on the size of your rental property and ability to set expectations, usually one or two window units suffice.Easy to install; shouldn't take more than an hour to install a couple.

You also didn’t mention the new floor that you installed separating and was going to give me contractor info to get fixed but never did (see email dated February 1st), or the broken pipes because it was winterize wrong or the furnace in which you said it was taken care of and wasn’t.
