if you've built your business on a solid platform you can withstand a lot. 

A great platform to meet, investors, property managers ect. overall just to get to know the people in the industry locally and nationally. 

From a worker standpoint,  it's pretty easy to find someone part-time on UpWork, which is a platform for freelancers to find projects (and for employers to find contract workers).
