Should I impose on them to review the purchase contract and make sure there is nothing hidden I am missing?

Hi Ralph - I would be happy to review numbers with you on any deal that you are looking at.

I think small town PA is one that is pretty good in that realm I have been funding deals through out the central and eastern part of the state in what I would call under the radar.. and they seem to work.. but my vendors are highly experienced RE brokers so they know their stuff.

Are attendees experienced investors that have acquired and are actively investing in 60+ unit multifamily properties, or is it mostly people that are pretty green and looking to get into multifamily?

I know with the lack of experience it there come many obstacles, but I was hoping to see what the more experienced community of Bigger Pockets had to say.

I just got into a JV with an experienced contractor on a fix & flip and was wondering what kind of terms are common.

I have no experience in real estate but One of my hopes is to get the opportunity to shadow an experienced real estate investor at some point. 

The bank isn't going to review the HELOC for 10 years so I think we'll have access to the same amount for the whole time.
