Get out to a lot of the local networking events.  

I attended some Lifestyles Unlimited events but didn't want to shell out $12k for some mentoring.

You already have proof that you can manage and make money on an investment property so develop an investor portfolio to show at REIA's and family events, lol.2.

In the event that a lender seems to be un-informed or incorrect as related to VA lending guidelines, one might be able to reference said handbook or maybe even email a copy/link straight to the loan officer to clarify… since they are more familiar with the specifics of the lending industry verbiage.b.

I am especially interested in how it would be transferrable to the businesses name to protect yourself in any sort of catastrophic event.

@Johnny Kang - People are starting their own meetings and some are using the site to help coordinate, but BiggerPockets has nothing to do with these events.
