I had to rebuild a ramp and communicate to tenants it it did not work and would need to be redone (by a pro this time)....Temporary solution at best in my opinion for any large surface..Break it up and replace the driveway and use a sealer (to protect from salts, and use the least corrosive ice melt).

Just as you communicate here in the forums, you can connect with someone in their local area for a meal (have to eat any way) and get: #1 an amazing meal in a restaurant you would not have been able to find on your own :)#2 the chance to talk with someone or some people about a variety of topics, not just Real Estate.#3 continue the conversation well after you've departed because there are so many things that come up and you can't really explore each one in depth.The benefits go on and on!

I guess if you sum up my complaint it would be the lying, bringing in unauthorized pets and not communicating with me ahead of time, and not following some basic protocol of notifying me of long absences and excessive damage.

For instance, find out where the people with the deepest pockets from that area congregate (golf course, country club, etc) and find the channels best suited to get your message communicated there.
