Hello, Question for those with experience investing in these areas.

So, my question is, since I never signed the lease, and it has to be redrawn anyway, is there anything legally binding if I return her partial move-in cost? 

Seeing the same thing South of Cherry Creek (go figures).The lower price points and different areas seem to be enjoying a more stable environment. 30 day contracts, simple negotiations, etc.At this point, I'm not sure anyone knows what will happen with rates in the near future, but if they happen to come down, we are in for one heck of a ride...The question really is, is how much are rates impacting the higher end properties?

My question is, it recommends that tenants maintain certain area on the property there responsibility to keep clean is so any recommendations?

Either you have conflict or everyone withdrawing to their own little rooms, which is less social than if you just had 2 spaces that people could spend time in.I could go on, but I think I have at least answered the question of what is the other perspective on this issue.
